Why do you need Practice Manager access?

We require Practice Manager access to the RBAC role. Without this, we cannot configure your practice, and your go-live date may be affected.

The higher-level access is essential for us to adjust how our automation handles certain pop-ups (for example, confidential patients). We also use it to update login details without needing to contact your practice. Without this access, we'll need your help to make changes, which will reduce lab report automation.
