What reports do you automate?

Normal consent covers lab reporting for normal reports that contain reference ranges. We do not automate reports without a reference range. Reference ranges are determined by your practice, following NICE guidelines and the NHSE Lipid Pathway Management. We automate the most common biochemistry reports.

Currently, we do not automate the following reports:

• Natriuretic peptide tests (BNP, NT-proBNP): many BNP results lack a reference range. If your practice has one, providing a screenshot can help us evaluate automation feasibility.

• Hormonal tests (e.g. LH, FSH, gonadotrophins, oestradiol, progesterone): hormone levels fluctuate based on menstrual cycles and other factors, so this complexity requires clinical oversight to ensure accurate assessment and patient safety.

We are continually updating the product based on customer feedback and adding new features.
