What is a test run?

A test run executes the automation before you officially go live. Its purpose is to:

• Check for protocols that trigger pop-ups the software can't handle, so we can prevent failures and feed back to our product team for enhancements

• Validate that the automation is running as expected and actioning the consented reports

• Help identify opportunities to maximise automation and highlight reports that would benefit from consent

Following a successful test run, we'll email you to confirm your practice is live. Your first live run will be that evening.
