How does Hero Health work with GP Automate?

GP Automate uses Hero Health in the background to provide a more streamlined and intelligent messaging and workflow experience for your practice.

You shouldn't notice any difference, aside from an additional user in your EMIS system that writes to records. We create this user during setup; it's required for the service to function.

Everything continues to be managed through GP Automate. You won't need to log into Hero Health or use a new system.
