How do I make changes to the SMS templates?

We create the templates below during your initial setup. These can be reviewed and amended before going live, to ensure the content, including SNOMED codes, aligns with your practice's standards and patient communication preferences. To make changes, contact support@gpautomate.com.
Normal lab results
Messaging for normal results is off by default.
