What text messages will patients receive?

By default, we turn off all SMS for normal results, except for HbA1c, vitamin D and lipids, in order to inform patients of abnormal results.

We recommend keeping SMS for normal results off, as some patients may find the messaging confusing, which can increase call volumes to the practice.
