What reports do you automate? (SystmOne)
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Normal consent covers lab reporting for normal reports that contain reference ranges, determined by your practice following NICE guidelines and the NHSE Lipid Pathway Management. We automate the most common biochemistry reports.
Currently, we do not automate the following reports on SystmOne:
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA): PSA levels require age-specific interpretation, and levels vary due to non-cancerous conditions or medication, so clinical review is needed.
Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT/qFIT): results are manually reviewed by clinicians for critical decision-making.
Natriuretic Peptide Tests (BNP, NT-proBNP): many results lack a reference range; if your practice has one, a screenshot can help us assess feasibility.
Hormonal tests (e.g. LH, FSH, gonadotrophins, oestradiol, progesterone): levels fluctuate with the menstrual cycle and other factors, requiring clinical oversight.
We are continually updating the product based on customer feedback and adding new features.
