The automation operates between 7pm and 2am daily, to minimise disruption during working hours and ensure inboxes are cleared by the start of the day.

The schedule is based on detailed analysis of when reports typically arrive. We've also implemented a pre-emptive safety mechanism that automatically reattempts failed runs.
