What is a test run? (SystmOne)

A test run executes the automation before you go live. Its purpose is to check for protocols that trigger pop-ups the software can't handle (so we can prevent failures and feed back to our product team), validate the automation is running as expected, and help identify reports that would benefit from consent.

Following a successful test run, we'll email you to confirm your practice is live; your first live run will be that evening.
